First of all, such great food and service that we went twice on our week long trip to Paris. Get the cheese board - could be a whole meal for 2 people! Delicious.
Second, we had the best waitress - Olga, who we may return a third time for - she was absolutely amazing!! We actually found some broken glass in the bottom of our bread basket which I'm sure was not at all her fault and had a miscommunication about the tip but she was so nice about it, it was clearly a one off issue but nonetheless she treated us so well! Best server we've had in all of Paris yet, girl deserves a raise I'm sure.
Cheese board, lamb, steak, and duck have been out favorite items. We were also recommended by our waitress the French toast for dessert and it did not disappoint. Great spot, highly recommend! -

What's Moulin Rouge Darling?!
Oh some old Parisian Burlesque legendary show? Wicked - let's eat someplace close a la Rouge Bis. After eating like a Roman Caesar all over Europe this summer with the Mrs, Rouge Bis needed a little work. The dishes had great intent but could certainly not compete with the stellar people & view/ landscape of Paris Red Light District?! Amazing honestly. Service was a 5! Great energetic staff. But the view stole the show.
See what I did there? Lol -

My fiancé and I really enjoyed this place! Like many others, we are tourists and needed somewhere to eat late that evening after seeing Moulin Rouge. The food was delicious and the servers were attentive and kind. It was very reasonably priced as well.

My partner and I found this place on Yelp after a very long walking tour of the Montmartre area. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. First, the view of the Moulin Rouge was amazing through the glass walls. Second, our server was very nice and held a conversation with us about how much he wanted to visit California. As this was the first meal of our stay in Paris, our server definitely helped us feel welcomed and dissipated many of our initial doubts on communicating here with French we learned only during our years in high school.
We started with the foie gras, and my partner thoroughly enjoyed his first time getting this dish. I ordered the duck steak and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked to an amazing degree of doneness and was juicy. The portion size was sizable as well. Lastly, we topped the night off with an amazing chocolate lava cake. A definite recommend for me for anyone looking for a place in the Montmartre area but not in the market-village area surrounding the Basilique. -

Like so many Yelpers before us - we finished up a walking tour of Montmartre and headed over the see the Moulin Rouge. We were fairly hungry, so I jumped on Yelp and saw the wonderful reviews for Rouge Bis. They were not wrong!
I fully expected a restaurant across the street with a dead on view of the Moulin Rouge to be too expensive - but Rouge Bis proved to be a great deal. The staff were friendly and the food very good. My husband had the veggie burger and I the gnocchi. Both were great! The service was youthful, friendly and prompt.
